Unable to access my account and my client account - Consumer Complaint for ABSATCOM SOLUTIONS ENTERPRISES

For a month now, I'm not able to login to my dashboard and my client account not accessible. It's showing "your email or password does not exist". And I had logged complaint on whatsapp handle: I was told to provide my account Username and email address which I did. But till now no respond. Please me resolve it sooner. Thanks.
