Defraud of account(unable to log in to my account) - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

Today I log in to my account (username ajasayetunde)and BvN page came up but I tried to follow up with it but the network went bad after I tried to log in again but to my greatest surprise I was told my account does not exist. I need help to restore back my account
