I paid for Canadian PR service for family. They do not know the process and very lazy. Also, from very first day I found communication gap between what was communicated by sales Team vs what was being communicated by case manager. So I decided to cancel my contract immediately without wasting further time. I send email to thier refund team and have no received any response that they have reviewed my case and will do the necessary in certain time line. I am just waiting for 15 days to get my refund, if it will not come. I am thinking of proceeding with legal case.
