Undelivered Package and poor customer service. - Consumer Complaint for DHL Jamaica Limited

DHL Jamaica LimitedIt's been 3 weeks since my package arrived at DHL montego bay and am yet to receive it. I got 3 numbers to call and get in touch with customer service and none of those numbers seem to work. I got an email to send my inquiry, the person reply two times saying the same thing " send TRN number " I have send 3 more emails and got no response. Why is it that my package has been delayed for 3 weeks now? Why has nobody got in touch with me about my package? Why have a bunch of useless automatic voice mail that leads no where?
