Pathetic service - Consumer Complaint for Planet Fitness

Since the day we joined PF the debit order amount was incorrect and since then from the 1 April the debit order was incorrectly billed. I should only be paying R444 on the 1st of may and R548 was debited and never corrected Amounts of R169 and R246.00 was debited in april for no reason has reversed the amount. Now i have to pay after 3 months the levy fee of R399.00 and we do not have access to the gym because of the levy fee. I would understand if im in arrears but you owe me money but do not get credited. When i call the call centre they tell me to hold on for 15 min then the call gets dropped twice. The service is really not to standard. And when i phone the gym Brakpan they tell me I must go in and phone from the phone to the call centre to sort out the problem. Since day 1 i had problems with planet fitness.
