Very poor service - Consumer Complaint for GIGM.com God Is Good Motors- GIG Motors



I had a very horrible experience at your terminal today. I booked 3 days ahead of my travel date to travel with 9am Sienna car from Asaba to Lagos Ajah on your app. I got to the terminal this morning and I was informed that the Sienna is no longer available. I was made to join the rickety looking hiace bus. While the bus was loading a lady came out and to my suprise she was booked to use the same Sienna I was told it wasn’t available. Now inside the bus it was too uncomfortable cos it was carrying a lot of luggage’s, inconveniencing passengers. I will no longer use your services cos what happened today is highly unacceptable, I don’t see why I should be treated that way.
