My account is temporarily locked - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

I don't understand why my account was temporarily locked. I came home this evening and I tried logging into my account to cash out money with only Liverpool yet to play, but to my surprise they told me that my account has been tomporalily locked... I don't understand what that suppose to mean, I never knew something like this do take place, how do I get my account back please because I need it to make some transaction, what will have been the case if I had a very huge amount of money in it. please get back to me now
