Late food and hair on my food - Consumer Complaint for Racks - Head Office

I have all the photos, Yesterday it was Saturday. I’m with my boyfriend and we dined for lunch. His ordered arrive first and mine arrived after 15 mins. Is this the sequence of service that they have? I mean i waited and my boyfriends food got cold coz him waiting for my food too! And when it arrived. My food has a hair... it was disgusting.. really awful. Paseo de sta rosa branch....
