The business was closed in lockdown like all the rest for five months and could not make payment - Vodacom unfairly billed huge amounts on the account - balance now on R98198.61 and growing - We had no access to any airtime and data as the account was blocked - although we still receive emails and calls from customers - Now we can not do business at all after opening for a month we have to close the business and dismiss 20 staff members.
All i need is to have the account stopped - making a payment arrangement and have access through top up on the lines. The customer care agent could not explain the billing and said it is allocations (whatever that means) and said i have to pay R44000.00 which i can not have after trading for a month. Can someone please assist as i believe there is a solution for this. I am a customer of vodacom since 1997 - more than 20 years.
