INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICEMy phone went in for repairs on 9 January 2021. I called on Friday 22 January and spoke to Neo who told me that my phone has been fixed and is on it's way back with courier to the store. I called on Monday 25 January but no one could tell me if the phone is there. Again today I called and spoke to Nkolisi who hang up on me. I am disgusted with the lack of client service at this store!!!!
