Non adherence to vehicle departure times - Consumer Complaint for GIGM.com God Is Good Motors- GIG Motors

So I booked an online ticket to move from Enugu to Ajah, Lagos and the departure time of the vehicle was scheduled for 7:45am. I got there by 7:30am and was told the vehicle had departed already. I was greatly disappointed because the manager in the Enugu branch made little or no effort in making suitable amends.
