Can't access my account anymore. - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

Please, I tried login into my account during the period of the site upgrade and was told username or password does not exist. And I've withdrawn 2days cash from this same account, so confused at the moment because am yet to get a reply from the customer care WhatsApp line I sent my complain to over a week now. Would be glad if am attended to, because I normally show people my account to make them register.

Good morning sir/ma, i have a reset password issue when logging in. I forgot my password.
