Winning and not been credited to account - Consumer Complaint for BetKing Nigeria

I see no reason after winning I'm trying to withdraw out from bet king to my account up till now I've not been credited but the money is no longer in my bet king account the other day I credited my bet king account was debited from account but not in my bet king what kind of in pleasant manner is this?
