Unable to log into my Inksnation account. - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

Am have issue concerning my wife Inksnation account , her details are all correct but if she try to log in into the account it as usual it will not open , and they will respon incorrect email and password why?.

I have been unable to log into my insnation account even when I fill in my username, password or even my email correctly, its still not opening, a message will always appear saying username or password does not exist.please help me do some about it I need to verify my account.
