JVC Sound bar - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE

During December we bought a JVC sound bar. The salesman gave it raving reviews. On the 12th of February it stopped working and on the 14th of February we took it back to the Table Bay mall branch. We got told that it need to go in for assessment and that it will take 3 weeks to assess. Ryan would have phoned us on the Monday, 15 February. He never called. On the 28th of February we went back to the store to hear what was going on and found out that the sound bar was still not sent away, because it didn't have a box. No one phoned to inform us of this. On the 28th of February we spoke to the manager to try and find clarity. She was going to phone on Monday the 1st of March, up until now no phone call, again. We were hesitant of buying from you, but we were willing to give Incredible Connection a chance. Seems like it was a mistake.
