Geyser Man charged us R7200 to replace our burst geyser. When they went through they ended up damaging our manhole and didn't connect the pressure release valve of the geyser which meant that water was leaking out onto the ceiling.

When the other contractor went through to repair the ceiling and man hole which Geysermam damaged. Geyserman had to send someone back to connect the geyser properly because the ceiling was still dripping water because of that valve they never connected.

They did not even apologise once for the damage that they caused. Donovan and his team are extremely unprofessional and refused to pay for the damage even after a report was issued confirming the damage was caused by them.

We ended up putting a claim through our insurance and asked them to cover the excess on the claim which they were not willing to do either. We had to fork out an additional R2622 to repair the damage that they caused.
