Mr D unable to deliver - Consumer Complaint for CHICKEN LICKEN

On the 04 May 2020 my daughter asked for chicken licken so we drove to a place where i could pick up chicken licken because from home i was unable to pick it up on the app. My order was placed at 15:39 and the estimated delivery time was 16:28. So around 16:45 i called the lady said she cant help me the system is offline so i waited for while and then used the thumbs down on the app about 5 times then someone calls only to tell me my order was not picked because the could not get hold of chicken licken Menlyn , the guy offered to re-order, refund of give a voucher so i told Phendla lets re-order i will wait after about 15 minutes he calls back to inform me that there is no one to deliver so the only option i had was to take refund and go home. This was my first time using this app and Mr D delivered the worst experience ever.
