Unethical and unreliable - Consumer Complaint for Ngwato Cane Factory

Patrick delivered a sub standard recovered couch. He refuses to refund me. He sits with my money and my couch. I would not advice anyone to make use of this company or patrick. I have 2 months worth of whatsapp messages with promises of payment but nothing ever happens.
