the employees in pho hoa are really rude and the service is really bad. i know maybe they are not in the mood that day, but i am kind of regular customer there, everytime i go there... their face always look bad and angry. also when they clean the plate and silverware, they just throw it to basket and make a really loud noise, so the customer can hear it and know they are not in the good mood. i do video it if you want the prove.
