Food food food - Consumer Complaint for The Wedding and Event designer

Good morning. I got invited to John Dorys in Randfontein last night ... place was to full capacity - no social distancing - Gift our waitor assist and he is the best ashe know my brother and family thats regulars ... first there was not enought jugs for sangria ... when it arrived it was water down redwine ... we ask them to just bring a glass of sprite so we can make it drinkable. THEN we order ... your new menu ... calamari with portuguese sausage - when it arrive even the waitor and manager when we call them ask if its starters ... but we ordered main course ... take all away and then bring it back.. manager called again and he admit that he only add 3 more tubes and bigger bowl... no cream was in the dish .. the spicy paste was not cooked through ... disaster...now how do i know this i am a chef... just have to mention a chef that prep meals for presidents all over . . The manager also admit fist day on new menu and they struggling as they dont really know .... well that said it all.. this complaint I forward in privacy ... but will repeat all on social media etc if need be ... I love my family so much and we concentrate on that rather than the bad bad experience with the food and way it was dealt with
