During registration instead of put male they put female for me I want you to change it for me male on my account

I'm Donation Olali,I'm having complaint,during the registration we make made mistake instance of Ariwadum olali is donation Olali, this particular name (Ariwadum Olali) on my Bvn, During the first time the bvn issue comes up.......which I wanted to verify.... I was in process before I stop....but now trying to add bvn no responds Y?
