MR.SALAM (VERY RUDE) & Other Agents who gives wrong, incomplete data - Consumer Complaint for TNT Express Worldwide (K) Ltd

I contacted TNT last Thursday 26.11.20,regarding the shipment (150357098),one lady,Indian answered my call (around pass 2:00 P.M in U.A.E)and she assisted me for the delivery of the mentioned shipment.She notes all my instructions like delivery address, the contact person to be contacted, and she confirms that we will receive the shipment on Saturday, 28.11.20 in the afternoon since as she have told me that big shipments can only be dispatched in the afternoon.So i agreed.
Today, 28.11.20, around 9-10 in the morning, i called TNt, and one agent by the name of Salam answered me and i asked him for the delivery update.I asked him if they can deliver today and he told me that they cannot accept any intructions from me and only from Meridian Express.
He even dont want me to speak and always interrupts me when i am speaking.This is not how an agent should treat the customers.He is speaking to me very rudely and even cut my call.
You may do a review for our conversation for your reference please.
Do a review of our phone calls as well as my phone call last Thursday with that lady.
If this lady have given me a trusted information, that they cannot accept my instructions,i would have not expect for the delivery today.

I wish that this will not happen again not only to me, but all clients.
Agents should be well mannered and knows how to handle clients.
