I won a game but they refused to cash me out - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

I played a game on 28/2/2021 Sunday and I won all played games but they refused to cash me out till now.
They even made a game that as already been played and was won pending telling me cashout unavailable. Please help me
