Parcel was out for delivery then never arrived two days later was logged back into warehouse. - Consumer Complaint for FAST & FURIOUS DISTRIBUTION (PTY) LTD

Non delivery and nothing has changed for a week.
I would like to know the parcel had been for the two days once it went out for delivery then never arrived and then only logged back to warehouse after two where it still is.
When I phoned them them I was told delivery rescheduled for Friday when asking why its not reflecting on the tracker she said van had not left depot.. She lied as I still have not received my items.
