I visited the Incredible Connection at the Garden Route Mall (George) on the 18th of December and ordered a Macbook which was promised to be collected within 3-4 working days. It's now been almost 2 weeks and day-after-day I'm promised to receive it, and that its on its way. The branch manager is fully aware of the situation, however nothing is done to ensure that what's promised day-after-day gets delivered. It's very clear that the branch manager is NOT fit for his job. I demand that his superior contacts me!!!!
