DECLINE TO REFUND MY DEPOSIT - Consumer Complaint for Galvin Agencies & Real Estate

one of your Agents by the name of John(0722659462)has declined to refund my deposit after taking me in circles and being rude as we had earlier agreed that he would only deduct the water bill which was 2160/-,electricity bill of 1070/- and paint where he was only going to paint the walls excluding the ceiling.He has declined to refund after giving me a crazy electric bill of 3080/- and altering his statement of adding paint to the ceiling of which the whole cost.
