Dental unit - a Dr. Juliet - Consumer Complaint for Gertrude's Children's Hospital - Main Hospital

Yesterday on 5th June 2018 at some minutes to four i booked for my child. After waiting, we got in to be attended by a Dr. Juliet who left my child in the operating seat in the middle of a procedure. Is this procedural? Gertrude Please?
