Very Bad way of speaking to Clients - Consumer Complaint for Safry Ltd

I called today to this company in order to have an idea about Business Cards Prices and a lady answered the phone saying: what do you want...
Not even Safry Printing hello...Nothing and I asked if it was Safry and she said: yes hurry what do you want.

Then when I ask for an approx price she has no manners whatsoever and answer with an arrogant way if you want a quote you need to come here.
They are in the North and I am in the West!!

Really angry!
