Not being activated - Consumer Complaint for iBSmartify Nigeria (InksNation)

I registered with inksnatkion on Wednesday 7th of October, 2020. and paid 1k to the account that was provided for activation and send my prove of payment to the whatsapp number that was also provided in the sit, till this moment I haven't been activated.
