I lost the sum of 500k via my GTBANK account to SPORTYPAY which I was just hearing of for the first time. God bear me witness if GTBANK does not refund me my money and fish out the guy who did this to me that bank will fold unless God doesn’t exist.People are complaining about this yet GTbank still approves payment for it. Is either Gtbank works hand in hand with them but I’m definitely sure something fishy is going on. Our money is no longer safe with GTBANK. I almost became suicidal I suffered to save that money and yet Gtbank staffs treated me like an idiot. You blame victims for being reckless with their cards because you don’t want to take responsibility for the lose. I was at the bank when I was receiving OTP code and I reported had your staff paid attention to me then they wouldn’t have debited me. She would’ve blocked the unauthorized transaction even maybe be able to flag the guy’s accounts. May Curse be upon every GTBANK staff who made me look stupid and ignored my complaints I denied myself so much over the years to save money for my masters and now I can’t proceed anymore. I was supposed to write IElTs from that money everything was already planned out but because you didn’t train your staffs properly they treat ur clients like piece of shits especially when they don’t benefit from you. For every single tears I shed be upon all of your generation,you will never see anything good in your life. I almost jump into Ikoyi bridge that day out of frustration. For every penny you’ve saved will be jeopardized by another. This incident happened at Ajah park the gtbank close to Ajah market and Chevron cus I went to the two different branch.
