When ever i login in to my inks acct it tells me that my username and password dont exit so i now insert my email in forgotpassword it continue telling me stories is not going.please please please put my acct in other please so i can cotinue using it tanks

Comment since yesterday have been trying to log in to my inknation account, but it saying password and email does not exist, i also try forgotten password, it showing one symbol like this! please help me on it
