DELAYMENT IN PROCESSING LOAN SERVICES - Consumer Complaint for Zambia National Commercial Bank Plc



I aplied for a loan in march 9 to12 and i was lied to that the loan would take two weeks to process ,but we are now in april there has not been any feed back concerning the progress of the loan .i have been kept in suspense i cant tell whether i met the requirements or not or was denied .i heard these complaints on social media of poor services of zanaco but i ignored and trusted the bank but it seems poor are a reality to the bank ,the business which i applied the loan for now is out of time limits and comodities on market have increased prices twice during the time i have been waiting for the loan to be processed .am deeply disappointed with this very poor service the bank lenders to its clients .this is my first time processing a loan and i wish i transfer to another bank which will meet our banking needs i hope i can be assisted with a clearance letter from the so that i change where i wil be geting my salaries from
