Upgrade at Vodacom Longbeach - Consumer Complaint for Transnet

November month 2020 I visited Vodacom at Long beach mall to enquire about my upgrade. I don't remember if I qualified then or not, but was told that they have not yet received the new list of upgrades yet. Again I visited the shop in December and was told that I should rather wait for the new year as there will be a special on the Samsung A12 for R199 on the contract. In January I again visited the store to be told that they are expecting the phones on the 7th of February. I have visited the store on numerous occasions since, to be told that they are still waiting and that it should be in by the 26th but it could be sooner. I phoned the store on the 16 of February at 14:03 to find out if it might have arrived and was told, not yet but they will let me know as soon as it does. On another 2 occasions I visited the store after the 26th and was told on the last visit that it will surely be there on the 1st of March but they will phone me. Not receiving a call, I again phoned on the 3rd of March at 13:42. I was informed that the phone is indeed there and I can collect it. Because of my medication, I could not go out then and asked please to keep it for me until this morning the 4th of March. When I arrived there, I was told that the phone will only be there this afternoon. I need to take medication and cannot drive up and down. I feel that I'm being played by the staff. I am absolutely furious now. I wish to cancel my Vodacom account.

This Complaint has gone to the wrong service. Its not Transnet. It's Vodacom.
