Inferior Service - Incredible Connection, Nicholway, Bryanston - Consumer Complaint for INCREDIBLE CONNECTION - HEAD OFFICE

We purchased a cellphone from Incredible Connection, Nicholway, In February 2020. In July the charger pin broke, we took it to them, and 3 weeks later, it had still not been sent to the relevant branch for fixing. We then asked for the phone back. Calls backwards and forwards, 7mnths later, was called this morning to say I can fetch my phone. I arrived to fetch it , only to be told, they had made a mistake, my phone was still not back from wherever it had been sent to. They have had my phone for 7 months!!
