Transfer pending - Consumer Complaint for SportyBet Nigeria

I transferred money since last week Wednesday and it has been pending ever since.please do something please.i deposited 11320 and it didn't go through and i was debited.i have gone to the bank and they have messaged your customer service.please help me with my money.i want to use it to buy stuffs for school.i need you guys to check and rectify the problem and serve your customer right.
