We have been following up on our payments for work done since Nov 2016 (supplier)and have not gotten assistance. It is resource-consuming and expensive to keep pursuing this for more than a year without precise feedback. I am unable to get the contacts or email of the relevant authorities to raise this matter with. I have visited Stores/Procurement/Supplies/Finance Departments for follow-ups but have not received any concrete feedback as yet. All we are told is that they are making progress.
