Deposit taken and no work done for 3 months - Consumer Complaint for MJ Gate Automations and Repairs

the owner requested a deposit that was paid for a new motor and some gate repairs . He never did any work as promised for 3 months. The money was not given back . And all calls and messages are ignored . I have tried to contact him numerous times but he comes up with excuse after excuse .
