Uncouth drivers/ Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for IZUCHUKWU TRANSPORT NIG.

I sent 2 bag packs containing training materials to Enugu from Lagos. Little did I know that Izuchukwu doesn't have a park in Enugu. Couldn't get the bag packs that day as promised to my client. It was so disappointingood and no form of apology from this people. Driver kept shouting that it's not their business after collecting money
