I have filed for a claim last June 2020 and as of October 2020, there's still no clear instruction from them on when will my car be repaired. I almost call them every day and they keep spouting the same thing. Will check this with "", will get back to you then they'll get my number, I don't know why when they never contacted me for any progress. I've talked almost to everyone and they keep pointing fingers like they don't know anything. It seems like they work on a different company that their colleagues don't know what's happening. They even let me send my requirement 4 times handled by 3 people but no one gets to help me. The worst part is they don't have a customer service so I don't know where to escalate this slow claim procedure. I swear I'll never get this insurance again and will never recommend this to anyone.
