Recharged but no channels showing - Consumer Complaint for Startimes Uganda

I recharged my startime on 12th oct 2020. Up to now it's not showing any channel. My startime card number is 02148635536 Francis Tugume.
I called the helpline but they are too busy and have used almost 8000sh of my airtime. Hope of help. Thanks
