on friday 25th September my line was cancelled, i've had a contract with vodacom for over 17 years paying without any issues until i lost my Job recently,i have made arrangements to pay off monthly for the handset and ive paid. can you please re activate my number as its registered for my business which i have since started. i will pay off the contract as agreed, i just need the 0828263796 number back, ive called all your departments and spoke to 20 consultants from legal to It to collections, the service has been a complete i cant assist you , you not going to get the number back attitude. surely with the pandemic and the economic meltdown a paying customer thats still loyal to you must be assisted.
