FRAUD AT FEDHA BRANCH - Consumer Complaint for Tumaini Supermarket

yesterday the 5th of Feb, 2018 I bought a liquid detergent but on reaching the cashier counter amy fellow customer alerted me that it ws leaking, unfortunately I has already paid for the item , so I requested for a replacement, the packaging guy was very helpful only to return and inform me that the management has refused, he can only assist to seal but not replace. At the customer service desk I tell the representative I cant take a leaking detergent home but they insist then they are sorry they cant replace nor refund my money for it. I feel this is a way of frauding their customers.I need my money back
