I purchased 7 pairs of angel shoes for my wedding taking place next week. However, I was not informed that I only have 30 days should I want to exchange or return and my slip also doesn't indicate anything of such nature. What pains my heart is the fact that two of the groomsmen were not in town upon and only came to find out that the shoe make is a bit too big than the normal size. I visited the branch yesterday just to ask for an exchange but the person (apparent manager) refused and told me that there is nothing he can do.I mean the shoes are still new and boxed.no one ever wore them.what type of customer service to you provide your clients and why are the rules and regulations not explained to clients upon busying your products.am not happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
