Important documents - Consumer Complaint for THE COURIER GUY - JOHANNESBURG

A very important document(TCG23548378) was send from Springbok to Centurion. The tracking data showed it stopped on the 18/01/2021 in JHB. It appears it was delivered at the wrong address. I struggled for 3weeks with a person that is working in the operation dept. The driver could not track my envelope. This documents are my fingerprints, Copy of my ID & passport & medical documents. Unfortunately we are living in a criminal world. I am very disappointed, because courier guy always delivers. I would be so glad if courier guy can find this envelope.
