Extremely poor customer service from Samsung South Africa
A Mr.Tshogo from Samsung South Africa just refused to sell microwave parts to me as a customer to fix my Samsung Microwave. Utterly disgusting and extremely poor customer service. I have two Samsung microwaves, I will sell them both nou and rather buy Defy form which I always get excellent customer service.
