Mugged inside Makro Centurion shop - Consumer Complaint for Numolux group

I was mugged and robbed from my cellphone inside makro centurion store by a man an woman that apparently according to the security officer that saw the footage on the cameras.they blocked me in and stole my phone. I am of the opinion that as shoppers we are not safe in umyour store and was informed it happens on a regular basis in your store. According to law it is the responsibility of the owners of the shop to keep their shoppers safe. We are not safe in your stores.the Safety and security of shoppers inside your store is your responsibility. I have not seen any security officer in your store except for the entrance and exit with the responsibility of sanitizing peoples hands and not ensuring the safety of shoppers. I therefore request you to pay my damages and trauma I suffered in your store or furnish my with the same cellphone.
