I have also had a bad experience with Bandar Electronic and Ratih Permata, my belief is this company is nothing but a scam along with the so called freight company they claim to use in Herona-Express.
I purchased a Roland Versa Camm Digital Printer from them back in June of 2020. During the sale process got plenty of emails in regards to payment which happened to get held up by their bank, once payment went through I actually got a tracking number from Ratih for Herona-Express, then an email regarding import taxes and paying them so the processing can be taken care of quickly etc. I actually googled the idea and it all looked legit, at this stage I thought I had done my due diligence, I was very wrong!
I paid the tax costs as per email from Andi Prastiyo only to never here from either of them again!
I have repeatedly emailed both Ratih and Herona via emails I had received from them but no answer, I have tried the contact us function on both their websites and still no replies to date from either.
I have tried to call the numbers but no luck there either, as I am in Australia so not an easy task, still not sure if I have all the right digits for the call to work!
I HIGHLY recommend that NO-ONE EVER uses this company to purchase anything and will stand by this remark until my order has been delivered to my door as promised!
I have tried today to make contact and the website for Herona has been suspended...... they are scammers and you can make all the replies on here you like about supplying details via your email but it means nothing when I have been emailing that address for months with not a single response.
