Hi Guys
we bought a laptop from incredible - mall of the south on 03.03.2021. we were told that if we register the unit we would get an additioanl 2 years warranty on top of the 1yr. i checked on lenovo website and noticed the laptop had 5 months left. i called incredible connection. they said to call lenovo. i did and emailed them the needed stuff. i again checked yesterday and now 4 months left. i emailed lenovo and they said the below......

I am sorry to inform you that we found more than 6 months of difference between your invoice date(2021/3/3)and the machine's manufacturing date hence( 2020/3/28), I am afraid we are unable to update the invoice date. But you may seek help for reseller.

this is not accepatable. either it gets sorted or we want a refund. you guys are selling old stock and we not takingb the knock. if i dont hear from you guys i will go to the national consumer protection act, Ombudsman and even contact carte blanche. the choice is yours
