Poor customer service: chicken licken The reef - Consumer Complaint for CHICKEN LICKEN

I placed a telephone order for collection at the chicken licken at The Reef. I was told that I needed to pay at the counter to collect my order. I got there, paid for my order and ended waiting for 56 minutes. Customers who ordered at the counter came and left and I was still waiting.

Worst part is that I my telephone order was placed 25 minutes before going to the shop. It is absolutely ridiculous.

U ARE SELLING DAD CHICKEN. I JUST HAD TO PUT YOUR FOOD IN THE BIN . I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVES.AN ITS NOT THE FAST TIME.WHAT U ARE GOING ITS VERY WRONG.
