Poor Customer Service - Consumer Complaint for Probe Group

i would like to file a complain to the service crew of ministop. I was about to buy a food today dec 6,2019 however the crew refuse it because she doesnt have any change for 500 BUT she has a change for 1000 pesos. She accept the order of other customer in front of me with the money of 1000, Ive been working in customer service industry for how many years but i havent refuse the customer since then, Her name is JANE from ministop INOZA TOWER infront of philplans corp center. Please do a sunction for this. This is unacceptable.
